Procedure - Screenshot
Category Name: Add the name of your category
Item Tax Type: Select tax type
Units of Measure: Select UOM
Exclude from purchases: Check if this item is exclude from purchases
Sales Account: Select sales GL account
Asset account: Select Asset GL account
Depreciation cost account: Select Depreciation cost account
Depreciation/Disposal account: Select Depreciation/Disposal GL account
Dimension 1 Select Dimension if you use them, otherwise ignore
