New Campaign

Create or edit a marketing campaign to track lead enrollment, email sequences, and conversion performance.

Campaign Details

  • Campaign Name (required) — Descriptive name
  • Type — Email, Social Media, Event, or Other
  • Status — Draft, Active, Completed, or Cancelled
  • Start Date — Campaign start date
  • End Date — Campaign end date
  • Budget — Allocated budget amount
  • Description — Campaign description and goals

Enrolled Leads

For existing campaigns, manage which leads are enrolled:

  • Lead List — Table showing enrolled leads with: Lead Name, Organization, Status, Enrolled Date
  • Enroll Lead — Select a lead from the dropdown and click Enroll to add to the campaign
  • Remove — Click to un-enroll a lead from the campaign
  • Only active, non-opportunity leads are shown in the enrollment dropdown

Email Schedule

For existing campaigns, configure an automated email sequence:

  • Email Template — Select from configured templates (see Email Templates)
  • Send on Day — Day offset from campaign start date (e.g., Day 1, Day 7, Day 14)
  • Add to Schedule — Add the email to the sequence
  • The email schedule table shows: Day, Template, Subject

Campaign Statistics

For existing campaigns, summary metrics are displayed:

  • Total Leads — Number of enrolled leads
  • Converted — Number of leads that converted
  • Total Revenue — Revenue from converted leads
