Reports and Analysis
The Reports module provides comprehensive reporting across all areas of NotrinosERP. Reports can be viewed on screen, printed, or exported to PDF.
Report Categories

| Customer Reports | Customer balances, aging, transaction listing, price listing |
| Supplier Reports | Supplier balances, aging, transaction listing |
| Inventory Reports | Stock status, valuation, movement, reorder |
| Manufacturing Reports | BOM listing, work order report, outstanding work orders |
| Financial Reports | Trial balance, profit & loss, balance sheet, GL listing |
| Dimension Reports | Dimension summary and details |
| Tax Reports | Tax report by type, tax summary |
Using Reports
- Navigate to Reports & Analysis from the main menu
- Select the report category tab
- Choose the specific report
- Set filter parameters (date range, account, etc.)
- Click Display to view, Print to generate PDF
- Some reports support Export to CSV for spreadsheet use
Report Parameters
- Date Range - Most reports allow you to specify from/to dates
- Orientation - Choose Portrait or Landscape
- Destination - Display on screen or email
- Comments - Add notes that appear on printed reports
Tips
- Use the fiscal year dropdown for quick date range selection
- Drill-down reports allow clicking on amounts to see detail
- Reports respect your user security permissions
