Direct Sales Invoice

Create an invoice directly without a prior order or delivery. This is a combined delivery and invoice in one step.

How It Works

  1. Select Customer and Branch
  2. Add items with quantities and prices
  3. Click Process Invoice

Both a delivery and invoice are created simultaneously. Inventory is reduced and the customer balance is updated.

When to Use

  • Service items that do not require physical delivery
  • Walk-in sales with immediate billing
  • Situations where the full order-deliver-invoice workflow is unnecessary
