Credit Status
Define the credit statuses that can be assigned to customers.
Default Statuses
- Good - Normal trading, credit approved
- On Hold - Credit suspended, new orders blocked
- Dissatisfied - Customer flagged for review
How It Works
When a customer is set to On Hold, the system warns when creating new orders. The credit status is visible on customer inquiry screens.
