Closing GL Transactions

Close a fiscal period to prevent further postings.

How It Works

  1. Select the period end date
  2. Click Close Period
  3. No transactions can be posted before this date

Re-opening

If needed, you can re-open a period through this same screen. Only admin users with appropriate permissions can close/open periods.
