End of Service Calculation stores EOS tiers used by Employee Separation / EOS.

Fields

  • From Years - starting service years.
  • To Years - ending service years; blank usually means and above.
  • Termination Rate - EOS rate for termination cases.
  • Resignation Rate - EOS rate for resignation cases.
  • Description - notes.

Workflow

  1. Create tier rows in service-year order.
  2. Use clear descriptions so HR can explain the rule later.

The page stores rates, not payout transactions. Actual EOS calculation is triggered in Employee Separation / EOS.
