HRM Migration Validation

HRM Migration Validation runs integrity checks against the current company database after import or migration work.

What It Checks

  • Required HRM tables exist.
  • Employee master count looks valid.
  • Employee document, history, and salary records belong to valid employees.
  • Payslip details are linked to valid payslips.
  • Payslips reference valid employees.
  • Salary structure references remain valid.

Workflow

  1. Open the page after migration or bulk import.
  2. Review Passed, Warnings, and Failed counts.
  3. Use Re-run Validation after corrections.

Note

Warnings can mean the table is empty or not yet used, not necessarily corrupted. Read the detail column before deciding what to fix.
