Inventory Locations (Warehouses)
Define physical storage locations for inventory items. Stock is tracked per location.
Fields
- Location Code - Short identifier
- Location Name - Full name
- Address - Physical address
- Phone - Contact number
- Email - Notification email
- Contact - Primary contact person
Usage
- Each transaction (purchase receipt, delivery) specifies a location
- Item Status shows stock per location
- Use Location Transfers to move stock
Tips
- Create at least one location before processing inventory transactions
- Default location is set in Company Setup
