Loan Request

Loan Request creates employee loans and manages pending loan decisions.

Fields

  • Employee
  • Loan Type
  • Loan Amount
  • Interest Rate
  • Installments
  • Loan Date
  • First Repayment Date
  • Notes

Workflow

  1. Choose the employee and loan type.
  2. Enter amount, interest, and installments.
  3. Save the request.
  4. While it is pending, Edit, Delete, Approve, or Cancel it from the list.

Notes

  • Approval creates the repayment schedule.
  • Leaving Interest Rate as 0 lets the system fall back to the loan-type default when designed that way.
  • There is no separate loan approval page.
