Account Defaults
- Retained Earnings Account - Year-end profit/loss account
- Default COGS Account - Cost of goods sold
- Default Inventory Account - Stock valuation
- Exchange Variation Account - Foreign currency gains/losses
- Bank Charges Account - Bank fees default
- Default Adjustment Account - Stock adjustments
Behavior Settings
- Allow negative stock - Whether to permit selling below zero stock
- Auto GL accounts update - Auto-create GL accounts for new items
- Use dimensions - Enable/disable dimension tracking
- Number of dimensions - 1 or 2 dimension levels
