Working Days
Working Days define the default seven-day working calendar.
Grid Fields
Each row represents one day of the week and contains:
- Is Working - whether the day is normally worked.
- Work Hours - standard hours for that weekday.
Workflow
- Review all seven rows.
- Mark weekends or off-days as not working.
- Enter standard hours for working days.
- Save before testing attendance or payroll.
Why It Matters
The payroll engine uses this page, together with Holiday Calendar, to calculate period working days, prorated salary, and attendance-based deductions.
