New Appointment

Create or edit an appointment (meeting, demo, call) linked to a lead or customer.

Appointment Fields

  • Title (required) — Appointment description
  • Type — Select from configured types (General Meeting, Product Demo, Discovery Call, etc.). See Appointment Types
  • Date (required) — Appointment date
  • Start Time — Start time (defaults to 09:00)
  • End Time — End time (defaults to 09:30). Duration is automatically calculated from the difference.
  • Location — Physical location
  • Video/Meeting Link — URL for virtual meetings (max 500 characters)
  • Status — Scheduled, Confirmed, Completed, Cancelled, Rescheduled, or No Show
  • Assigned To — User responsible

Entity Linking

  • Entity Type — Link to a Lead, Customer, or None
  • Entity ID — The ID of the linked entity

When opening this page from a lead or customer record, the entity type and ID are pre-filled automatically.

Duration Calculation

Duration in minutes is automatically calculated from the difference between start time and end time. This is stored in the database for reporting purposes.
