Appointment Types
Define appointment presets with default durations, locations, and video meeting links.
Fields
- Type Name (required) — Appointment type name (e.g., General Meeting, Product Demo)
- Default Duration (required) — Minutes (minimum 1). Pre-fills the time fields when creating an appointment.
- Default Location — Default physical location
- Default Video Link — Default video conference URL
- Active — Enable or disable
Default Types

| General Meeting | 60 min |
| Product Demo | 45 min |
| Discovery Call | 30 min |
| Follow-up Meeting | 30 min |
| Contract Review | 60 min |
Validation
- Type name is required
- Duration must be a positive number
- Cannot delete a type referenced by existing appointments
