Bulk Operations
Perform batch operations on multiple leads or opportunities at once. Useful for mass re-assignment, status updates, tagging, or cleanup.
Filters
Narrow down the list before applying bulk actions:
- Status — Filter by lead status
- Lead Source — Filter by source
- Sales Team — Filter by team
- Type — Leads Only, Opportunities Only, or All
- Click Apply Filter to refresh the list (up to 200 records)
Select Records
Each lead/opportunity has a checkbox. The list displays:
- Ref, Name, Organization, Source, Status (badge), Priority (badge), Assigned To
Available Bulk Actions
Select an action from the dropdown and click Apply:
- Assign To — Reassign all selected records to a specific user
- Change Status — Update the status of all selected records (New, Contacted, Qualified, or Lost)
- Apply Tag — Add a tag to all selected records (does not duplicate existing tags)
- Delete — Soft-delete all selected records (marks as inactive)
Validation
- At least one record must be selected
- An action must be chosen before clicking Apply
- All operations are transaction-wrapped for data integrity
