A comprehensive list view for managing all leads and opportunities with advanced filtering, conversion actions, and tagging.
Filters
- Type — Leads Only, Opportunities Only, or All
- Lead Status — New, Contacted, Qualified, Won, Converted, Lost, or All
- Lead Source — Filter by source
- Sales Team — Filter by team
- Search — Free-text search
- Date Range (From/To) — Filter by creation date
- Tag — Filter by applied tag
Results Table
Columns:
- Ref — Lead reference (linked to edit form)
- Title — Lead name
- Company Name — Organization
- Contact Name — Contact person
- Email — Contact email
- Source — Lead source name
- Status — Color-coded status badge
- Priority — Color-coded priority badge
- Assigned To — User name
- Created Date — Date of creation
Actions per Row
- Edit — Opens Lead Entry or Opportunity Entry
- Convert — Opens Convert Lead (only if not already converted)
- Deactivate — Soft-deletes the record
