Forecast revenue from open opportunities categorized by expected close date, team, and salesperson. Default date range: today to 90 days out.

Filters

  • Sales Team — Filter by team or show all
  • Date Range (Close Date From/To) — Filter by expected close date

Section 1: Expected Revenue by Month

Columns:

  • Month — Close month
  • Opportunities — Count of open opportunities
  • Total Revenue — Sum of expected revenue
  • Weighted Revenue — Sum of (revenue × stage probability ÷ 100)

Grand totals row at bottom.

Section 2: Expected Revenue by Team

Columns: Team, Opportunities, Total Revenue, Weighted Revenue

Shows how pipeline value is distributed across sales teams. Unassigned opportunities shown separately.

Section 3: Expected Revenue by Salesperson

Columns: Salesperson, Opportunities, Total Revenue, Weighted Revenue

Individual salesperson pipeline breakdown.

Section 4: Opportunity Details

Detailed drill-down table with individual opportunities:

  • Ref, Name, Organization, Stage, Probability %, Revenue, Weighted Revenue, Close Date, Team, Assigned To

Sorted by expected close date, then revenue.

Note on Weighted Revenue

Weighted Revenue = Expected Revenue × Stage Probability ÷ 100. This gives a more realistic revenue estimate by factoring in the likelihood of closing. If a stage has no probability configured, 50% is used as default.
