Pipeline Analysis
Comprehensive analysis of the sales pipeline including value by stage, conversion funnel, and sales velocity metrics.
Filters
- Sales Team — Filter by team or show all
- Date Range (From/To) — Filter by date range
Section 1: Pipeline by Stage
A table showing each pipeline stage with:
- Stage — Stage name
- Probability — Win probability percentage
- Count — Number of opportunities in this stage
- Total Value — Sum of expected revenue
- Weighted Value — Revenue × probability (the realistic forecast value)
- Avg Days in Stage — Average number of days opportunities spend in this stage
A grand totals row shows aggregate values. Stages with 100% probability are highlighted in green (Won); stages at 0% with active records are highlighted in red.
Section 2: Conversion Funnel
Summary metrics showing the lead-to-deal conversion path:
- Total Leads — All leads in the system
- Total Opportunities — Leads promoted to opportunities
- Won Deals — Opportunities closed as won (green highlight)
- Lost Deals — Opportunities closed as lost (red highlight)
- Lead → Opportunity Rate — Percentage of leads that became opportunities
- Opportunity → Won Rate — Percentage of opportunities that were won
Section 3: Pipeline Velocity
Key performance metrics:
- Average Sales Cycle — Days from creation to conversion (for won deals)
- Average Deal Size — Mean revenue of won deals
- Pipeline Velocity — Daily revenue throughput, calculated as: (# deals × avg deal value × win rate) ÷ avg cycle days
