Pipeline View

A Kanban-style visual pipeline board that displays all open opportunities grouped by sales stage in horizontal columns.

Filters

  • Sales Team — Filter by team (or show all)
  • Assignee — Filter by individual salesperson (or show all)

Pipeline Board

Each stage appears as a vertical column with a header showing:

  • Stage name and opportunity count
  • Total revenue and probability percentage

Within each column, individual opportunity cards display:

  • Title and company name
  • Expected revenue
  • Priority badge
  • Expected close date

Interactions

  • Click any opportunity card to open it in Opportunity Entry for editing
  • Drag and drop cards between stages to quickly move opportunities through the pipeline (requires JavaScript)
  • Scroll horizontally to view all stages if they extend beyond the screen

Pipeline Summary

A summary bar at the bottom shows:

  • Total Pipeline Value — Sum of all expected revenue
  • Weighted Pipeline Value — Sum of (revenue × probability) for a realistic forecast
  • Total Opportunities — Count of all open opportunities

Display Limits

Up to 500 opportunities are loaded per view. An Unassigned column appears for opportunities without a stage.
