Lead Source Report
Analyze lead quality by source with conversion rates, revenue per lead, and monthly generation trends.
Filters
- Date Range (From/To) — Filter by lead creation date
Section 1: Lead Source Performance
Columns:
- Source — Lead source name
- Total Leads — Total leads from this source
- Leads — Leads that are still leads (not converted to opportunities)
- Opportunities — Leads promoted to opportunities
- Won — Deals won
- Lost — Deals lost
- Conversion % — Won ÷ (Won + Lost) × 100
- Pipeline Value — Total expected revenue from active opportunities
- Won Revenue — Total revenue from won deals
- Avg Days to Win — Average days from creation to win
Grand totals row at bottom.
Section 2: Source Quality Score
A quality score ranks sources by revenue efficiency:
Quality Score = Won Revenue ÷ Total Leads
Higher scores mean the source produces more valuable deals per lead generated. A visual green bar shows relative quality — the longest bar is the best-performing source.
Section 3: Monthly Lead Generation by Source
Shows how many leads each source generated per month:
- Month, Source, Leads Generated
- Sorted by most recent month first, then count descending
- Useful for identifying which sources are growing or declining
