Analyze lead quality by source with conversion rates, revenue per lead, and monthly generation trends.

Filters

  • Date Range (From/To) — Filter by lead creation date

Section 1: Lead Source Performance

Columns:

  • Source — Lead source name
  • Total Leads — Total leads from this source
  • Leads — Leads that are still leads (not converted to opportunities)
  • Opportunities — Leads promoted to opportunities
  • Won — Deals won
  • Lost — Deals lost
  • Conversion % — Won ÷ (Won + Lost) × 100
  • Pipeline Value — Total expected revenue from active opportunities
  • Won Revenue — Total revenue from won deals
  • Avg Days to Win — Average days from creation to win

Grand totals row at bottom.

Section 2: Source Quality Score

A quality score ranks sources by revenue efficiency:

Quality Score = Won Revenue ÷ Total Leads

Higher scores mean the source produces more valuable deals per lead generated. A visual green bar shows relative quality — the longest bar is the best-performing source.

Section 3: Monthly Lead Generation by Source

Shows how many leads each source generated per month:

  • Month, Source, Leads Generated
  • Sorted by most recent month first, then count descending
  • Useful for identifying which sources are growing or declining
