Sales Teams

Organize salespeople into teams with performance targets and lead assignment rules.

Team Fields

  • Team Name (required) — Unique team name
  • Team Leader — Select a user as team leader (or none)
  • Email Alias — Team email address
  • Invoicing Target — Revenue target for the team
  • Use Leads — Whether this team handles leads
  • Active — Enable or disable the team

Team List

Columns: ID, Team Name, Leader Name, Member Count, Invoicing Target, Active (Yes/No)

Member Management

Click Members on any team row to expand the member management panel:

  • Member List — Shows each member with: User Name, Max Leads/30d, Skip Auto-Assign (Yes/No), Remove button
  • Add Member — Select a user and set their maximum lead capacity per 30-day period (default: 30)

Auto-Assignment

When Assignment Mode is set to Auto Round-Robin in CRM Settings, new leads are automatically distributed to team members based on:

  • Member's Max Leads/30d capacity — members who have reached capacity are skipped
  • Skip Auto-Assign flag — members flagged are excluded from round-robin
  • Current lead count — the member with the fewest recent leads gets the next assignment

Validation

  • Team name is required and must be unique
  • Cannot delete a team that has leads assigned to it
