Inventory Item Sales Prices

Set selling prices for items per Sales Type and currency.

Fields

  • Item - The inventory item
  • Sales Type - Pricing group (Retail, Wholesale, etc.)
  • Currency - Price currency
  • Price - Selling price per unit

How Prices Work

When creating a sales order, the system looks up the price based on:

  1. Customer default sales type
  2. Item + sales type + currency combination
  3. Falls back to base currency price if no match
